Hi guys
Thought it was about time we sent you a letter regarding our beautiful dog Juno (formerly Velvet).
We first discovered "Velvet" on Trademe where her cute little picture
had been posted. We popped down to Dogwatch that weekend and fell in love with her
straight away.
We welcomed her into our lives in August of '08 as a boisterous 5 month old, and it has been a barrel of laughs ever since.
She has a large yard to run around in when she is home, but she also goes to work with Rik
each day, where she gets to hang out with her favourite pal Douglas, one of the (now) semi-domesticated cats
that live at work.
She loves the dog parks and beach where she gets to meet and socialise with other dogs as
well as with other people.
She has responded very well to training, but is definitely still a work in progress.
We had always wanted a German Shepherd or a Dingo, and without realising it when we got her, that
is exactly what we have ended up with (in looks rather than breeding). Couldn't have gotten a
better match if we had personally breed her ourselves.
Thanks heaps for helping us find our perfect dog :)
